In addition, they consent to the use of the submitter’s first and last name, artwork, grade, and age in RioVision Publicity Materials and other related promotions, without further permission, compensation, or approval. Further, entrants and their parents, guardians, and/or legal representatives’ release, discharge, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the City of Rio Vista, RioVision and its members, and representatives from all claims, damages, demands, obligations, or losses of any kind related to this contest.
