I have read and agree to observe the 2026 rules and regulations as stated in the application. I do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless RioVision and its respective officers, City of Rio Vista, for agreements, underwriters, individually and/or collectively from all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses, claims, damages, injury and expenses including court and attorney fees incurred or suffered as a result of relating to my participation in the event known as the Riverfront Arts Fest, held on May 2, 2026. I also relinquish any rights to any photography or videos taken in connection with this event.
