Guidelines, weight not to exceed 35 lbs., height, width, size. If artwork requires assembly, the artist will be responsible for assembly and disassembly.
By entering the show, each contestant and/or legal representatives warrant and represent that submissions are the contestant’s sole and original work. In addition, they consent to the use of the submitter’s first and last name, artwork, in RioVision Publicity Materials and other related promotions, without further permission, compensation, or approval. Further, entrants and and/or legal representatives’ release, discharge, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the City of Rio Vista, RioVision and its members, and representatives from all claims, damages, demands, obligations, or losses of any kind related to this contest.
